Refund Policy

1.1. Refunds are exclusively made to the original payment details used at the time of transaction.

1.2. Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours from the moment of payment in cases of improper service provision.

1.3. In case of suspicious activity or fraud attempts, access to the Service may be restricted.

1.4. To initiate a refund, you must contact customer support.

1.5. The processing time for refund requests is up to 10 business days to the payment system selected by the user.

1.6. Payment system fees are not compensated when processing refunds.
